We have now examined the new Eon, Kon; Ordinance regulating the importation, exportation, manufacture, sale, and use of danerous drugs (Lo.22 of 1923), and have no observations to make. The Ordinance seems to ive the Hong Kong authorities all the powers they need.

Will any notice be iven at this end to the shipping lines those boats tough at hon, ken, of the new provisions in subsection

(3) of section 3 of the Oruinance?
